Playa Blanca Beach Resort Panama offers a unique proposal of its kind in Central America and the Caribbean. To get to know it in detail, during Expo Turismo Internacional we have exclusively interviewed its Sales Manager Gisele Valdivieso and its Marketing Director Ángeles Vázquez. We share their responses below:
What are the characteristics of your hotel complex?
Gisele Valdivieso: We are a hotel complex that has been in the market for 17 years, we have an inventory of 351 rooms and we are located in the Pacific area, more specifically in Coclé, 2 hours from Tocumen International Airport. We have the largest saltwater pool in Central America and the Caribbean that takes water from the sea and is one of our main attractions.
Among the additional services, we have a swimming pool with a bar, towel service, poolside restaurant, pool activities, extreme water sports and slides for children.
Ángeles Vázquez: At Playa Blanca Hotel and at Town Center Playa Blanca we have our marina where you will have the option of renting water sports such as: banana, vyper, jetsky, fourwheels, our fabulous flyboard and much more. Water sports subject to availability.
Another important attraction is the Bianca Beach Club, where guests will have the opportunity to enjoy delicious cuisine, exquisite cocktails, family shows, lounge chairs, music and much more.
What market segments are they targeting?
Ángeles Vázquez: We work with family and MICE clients, we receive visitors from countries such as Ecuador, Peru, Costa Rica, Colombia and Mexico. In addition, we are entering the area of the United States and Canada.
What kind of packages do you offer to customers?
Gisele Valdivieso: We are working on the all-inclusive plan and we are also beginning to offer a European plan in a tower for people who want to have the facility that this format offers.
What is the gastronomic proposal of the complex?
Gisele Valdivieso: To delight the palate of visitors, we offer local and international dishes, you can enjoy our buffet and a la carte restaurants. In addition, we have a special selection of cocktails and drinks in our bars.
What kind of entertainment do you offer to guests?
Gisele Valdivieso: As for entertainment, we offer shows for children and adults, karaoke, and our Sandy nightclub.
Additionally, we have a children's park with a play area and scheduled activities for children and even there you can visit a small tropical bird zoo.
We also have giant slides located at Playa Blanca Hotel and at Town Center Playa Blanca.
