As part of the Marriott Bonvoy portfolio, Marriott International's award-winning travel program; Fairfield by Marriott in Bogotá, Colombia today inaugurated its renovation with a new décor that provides guests with a welcoming experience with a feeling of warmth and tranquility while traveling. With 250 rooms and located at Avenida La Esperanza 51-40, Fairfield by Marriott Bogotá Embajada will operate as a Marriott franchise, managed by Diplomat Hotels. The Fairfield by Marriott Bogotá Embajada offers guests convenient access to the US Embassy area, Corferias, and the National Administrative Center.
The property management team is led by Alexander Ferrer, General Manager, who has more than 25 years of experience in hotel management and has managed several internationally branded hotels including openings and renovations.
The new style of decoration is warm, timeless, forward-thinking and welcoming; with simple accents to the legacy of the brand most loved by the founders of Marriott. Specific elements meant to evoke feelings of the Fairfield Estate, where generations of the Marriott family grew up, include wood-paneled walls, cozy woven textiles, rugs evoking water waves, a group table in the restaurant for gatherings and connect, photographs and canvases as works of art in the lobby and foyers, natural materials and unique textures throughout that showcase the brand's roots.

The property's public spaces evoke the warm hospitality characteristic of the Fairfield by Marriott brand, presenting a calm, modern aesthetic with open layouts, multifunctional spaces, and natural light. The new interior design is striking, unique and addresses the needs of the Fairfield guest for a warm experience. Each space was designed with the needs of the modern traveler in mind to stay productive on the go without too much fuss, yet very comfortable for working or relaxing.
