Barbados welcomed British Airways' first 787-10 Dreamliner

Tourism and International Transport Minister Ian Gooding-Edghill, who arrived on the flight alongside BTMI UK director, who will take up the role of chief operating officer on April 1, Cheryl Carter, said it was a milestone important for Barbados which meant not only an increase in air travel but the strengthening of Barbados' relationship with British Airways.

The flight was greeted by a delegation that included Barbados Tourism Marketing Inc. (BTMI) President Shelly Williams; Craig Hinds, Acting CEO of BTMI, and Ryan Forde, CEO of the Barbados Hotels and Tourism Association.
