Over the years, GTA has significantly expanded its customer base, currently serving more than six thousand travel agencies throughout Brazil. This exponential growth required an increase in the support team, with twenty-two representatives spread across the country to guarantee excellent service.

One of the most notable aspects of this evolution is the change in travel agents' perception of travel insurance products. Previously, the best-selling ticket offered coverage of $12,000, but now the most popular product has an impressive coverage of $75,000. This reflects recognition of the importance of comprehensive medical coverage by agents and customers.

Furthermore, Popazoglo highlighted the importance of continuous training of professionals in the sector. Last year, GTA trained more than 9,280 people, and this year the objective is to train even more, reaching the mark of 10 thousand trained professionals. This investment in education is critical to ensuring that agents are well-informed and prepared to provide the best service to customers.

When it comes to the use of GTA products, the company annually serves around 700 to 800 thousand people, both traveling in Brazil and abroad. One of the highlights is the cruise product, which offers coverage for both national and international destinations, such as the Caribbean, Europe and Alaska.

Popazoglo explained in detail how the service process during a cruise works, highlighting the ease of reimbursement and the possibility of local service if necessary.
