In a revealing interview, Salgado reflects on his origins in tourism, admitting that, even after eighteen years in the industry, he is still not sure what he wants to be when he grows up. His journey began in an unusual way, when he decided to sell his car to take a ten-day trip to Europe after graduating from PUC in Rio with a degree in business administration. What was supposed to be a brief adventure turned into a year and a half of discoveries and experiences that shaped his view of tourism.

Initially working as a tour guide for Brazilian groups in different parts of the world, Salgado soon found himself involved in marketing and product development projects. His multifaceted experience led him to take on leadership roles at different operators, where he honed his skill in creating itineraries that break out of the ordinary and provide authentic experiences for travelers.

Sleeping Operator

The decision to pursue an authorial project came after years of immersion in the world of travel and having visited more than one hundred countries. Salgado realized that his passion was in offering trips that went beyond the conventional, providing unique and memorable moments for customers. This is how Domundo Operadora was born in Rio de Janeiro, with the aim of being a reference in artisanal trips and groups that offer something different from the traditional options on the market.

One of the main characteristics of Domundo Operadora is the personalization of each trip according to customer preferences and expectations. Instead of offering pre-established itineraries, the company works together with travel agents to create tailored experiences, taking into account the destination, time of year and travelers' expectations.

Travel agents and clients

This unique approach has won over more and more travel agents throughout Brazil, with an exponential growth in the number of partners seeking to offer something different to their customers. Salgado highlights the importance of understanding each client's profile and developing products that meet their specific needs, thus creating a lasting and trusting relationship with agents.

With an innovative vision and a commitment to quality and personalization, André Salgado and Domundo Operadora are transforming the group tourism market, aiming to offer experiences that go beyond expectations and leave a lasting mark on travelers,
