Trul Hotéis invests in guest experience and positions hotels among the best in their regions

Committed to excellence in hospitality and creating value for investors and guests, Trul Hotéis celebrates recognition of its properties in the TripAdvisor rankings—one of the world's leading traveler review platforms. By August 2025, more than half of the hotels managed by the company will hold prominent positions in their respective locations, demonstrating the positive impact of the chain's strategy, which places the guest experience at the center of its operational decisions.

Of the 11 hotels currently operated by Trul, five rank among the top five in their cities. In Montes Claros (MG), Fernandópolis (SP), and Trancoso (BA), the chain's hotels lead the rankings as the best in the city according to traveler reviews. In Uberlândia (MG) and Belo Horizonte (MG), the chain's managed properties also occupy prominent positions, among the top three and five.

Even in highly competitive destinations like São Paulo, Trul's performance is noteworthy: the Wyndham São Paulo Ibirapuera Convention Plaza, for example, rose more than 80 positions in the last year and currently ranks 15th among the more than 400 hotels in the city. Other properties, such as Delphin Surf and Delphin Beach in Guarujá, also remain highly rated among visitors, reinforcing the quality standards replicated in the various destinations where the operator operates.

According to André Bekerman, general director of Trul Hotéis, this performance is the result of an experience-centered, results-oriented management model. "Being among the best on TripAdvisor in so many locations is a direct reflection of our commitment to excellence. We constantly invest in team training, modernizing food and beverage services, and adopting technologies that make the guest journey more seamless and personalized. All of this has a direct impact on the performance and perceived value of our properties," he states.

Among the innovations implemented by the operator are digital tools that streamline the check-in and check-out process, optimize guests' time, and increase operational efficiency. Furthermore, attention to detail in hospitality and active listening to guest reviews are core components of Trul's culture. The goal is to transform every stay into a memorable experience, and this, according to Bekerman, also attracts the attention of new investors.

"We're being approached by entrepreneurs and investors who see Trul as an innovative management company with an owner's mentality, a strong commitment to sustainability, and a total focus on the guest. Our model has proven effective in repositioning properties, raising quality standards, and generating real returns for the business," adds the executive. The company has already signed more than five new contracts to manage hotel and timeshare properties by 2025.
