In the MICE segment, we have spaces for meetings, incentives, and small conferences, as well as outdoor areas ideal for private events, always with catering services.

In compliance with local regulations, we do not use single-use plastics. We have recycling stations in various areas of the hotel and follow the guidelines of our Proudly Committed sustainability strategy, adapting the various sustainability initiatives to the local context.

The island has expanded its connectivity with direct flights from Lima and new connections from Brazil, also facilitating access from Argentina. This allows us to diversify our markets beyond the United States, Canada, and Europe. Regarding loyalty, we have the RIU Class program, which offers exclusive benefits to our frequent guests.
Could you share with us an overview of the first half of the year in terms of occupancy and overall hotel performance? What short- and long-term goals have you set?
The first half of the year has been very positive in terms of occupancy and overall performance. Challenges always arise along the way, but this is also part of the industry dynamic and motivates us to continue improving. In the short term, our goal is to continue consolidating our operations and maintaining the excellent value for money that distinguishes us. In the long term, we seek to strengthen our position as the leading adults-only resort in Aruba and continue attracting new markets to ensure sustainable growth.
