WTM London has opened registration for its 2025 edition, which will take place from November 4-6 at Excel London. Following an 11% growth in qualified buyers and more than 34,000 meetings held in 2024, the upcoming edition is projected to be the largest in the event's history.
The growth accompanies the expansion of Excel London, which will add an additional 25,000 m² to the venue. This increase will result in more exhibition space, more content, a higher level of interaction, and the addition of WTM Trend Fest, a new cultural program with immersive experiences that will include daily presentations, themed activations, and live shows.
Early indicators predict a record number of exhibitors, with an expanding offering spanning destinations, experiences, transportation, accommodations, and technological solutions. In parallel, WTM London will launch its own television channel, WTM TV, designed to educate, connect, and engage with audiences.
The academic agenda is also expanding with the integration of a common thematic focus for its six conferences: "Reimagining Travel in a Changing World ." This strategy seeks to provide cohesion and clarity throughout all sessions. The increase in room and stage capacity, along with a 29% increase in attendance by 2024, facilitates the incorporation of new training experiences, including a series of paid masterclasses led by experts and speakers.
Confirmed activities for this year include the traditional Ministers Summit at WTM, the Sustainability Summit, the Geo-economics Summit, the Marketing Summit, the WTM Global Travel Report, and the ITT Future You Forum, consolidating WTM London as the leading meeting and analysis venue for the global travel industry.
