Aventúrate RD 2025 came to a close after successful days in Puerto Plata

After three days of innovation, learning, and networking, Aventúrate RD 2025 closed its doors with great success, consolidating its position as the leading platform for promoting alternative and sustainable tourism in the Dominican Republic

The fair brought together entrepreneurs, companies, travel agents, and media outlets in a space designed to showcase the best of the country's tourism offerings, foster creativity, and promote connections between industry players.

The fair featured more than 50 exhibitors and professionals from more than 10 countries, who contributed their experience and knowledge to enrich the event.

The second day's professional training activities included presentations by Expedia Group, focusing on updated market trends for hoteliers and participants; a presentation by Caribbean Ferries about the opportunity to connect with Puerto Rico's sister island; and the "Tourism Startups" competition, which encouraged students from universities in the north of the country to propose innovative initiatives to strengthen tourism in the area. In addition, travel agents and representatives from international media outlets enjoyed experiences and tours of local destinations to learn about Puerto Plata's attractions firsthand.
