Sabre Corporation, a leading global technology company for the travel industry, today announced a new agreement with next-generation corporate booking platform Travelin.Ai, which will gain access to the SabreMosaic Travel Marketplace, including traditional airfares, NDC offers, low-cost airline content and accommodation options, as well as Sabre Lodging AI capabilities.
Travelin.Ai customers will benefit from AI-powered capabilities that facilitate the linking of hotel bookings, as well as the ability to book business and leisure travel in a single booking flow. Sabre Lodging AI analyzes property attributes, travel context, and traveler preferences to present personalized accommodation options, recommend relevant alternatives when a chosen hotel is sold out, and suggest accommodations when booking flights without a hotel. The combination of Sabre and Travelin.Ai technologies will help travel management companies (TMCs) increase hotel booking rates and capture additional leisure volume.
In an internal Sabre study, when travelers interacted with AI-suggested hotels, the likelihood of completing a booking increased by up to 14%, helping agencies capture incremental revenue, reduce churn, and give companies a higher level of duty of care and more comprehensive reporting.
“The ability for TMCs and their corporate clients to book business travel with leisure components opens up access to a trillion-dollar market,” said Richard Viner, Director of Sabre for the UK and Ireland. “In EMEA, we see significant potential to increase hotel engagement, and this agreement helps TMCs increase revenue and bookings while strengthening their duty of care. All of this is integrated into a unified workflow that delivers a consumer-grade experience for travelers and agents. As the first corporate booking tool with Sabre Lodging AI, Travelin.Ai can ensure that when a preferred property is sold out, the system recommends nearby alternatives, keeping bookings within the channel and generating additional revenue for hotels. This combination of greater content and higher conversion makes this agreement a clear commercial win for TMCs.”
Travelin.Ai enables companies to book business and leisure in a single, unified flow by integrating their proprietary hotel automation with intelligent Lodging AI capabilities to boost hotel booking acquisition. Onboarding can be completed in minutes instead of weeks. The platform automatically separates business and leisure expenses using its patented split-pay technology, ensuring regulatory compliance and allowing employees to extend trips or use travel as an incentive. Additionally, Travelin.Ai is a fully-fledged online booking tool, offering enterprise-grade features required for day-to-day corporate travel management, including policy controls, approval workflows, and accountability.
“Business travel should never force a choice between compliance and convenience,” said Roy Golden, CEO of Travelin.Ai. “Compliance is the foundation, and technology must make it seamless. By combining Sabre content with its Lodging AI solution, we integrate policy into the booking flow while maintaining an intuitive traveler experience. Flights and hotels appear in real time based on company standards and individual preferences. With our split payment engine, blended travel is finally convenient, and our comprehensive OBT and enterprise tools allow companies to gain the control they expect. It’s a triple win: finance teams get cleaner data and a stronger duty of care.”
Travelin.Ai will launch these capabilities with travel management agencies in the United Kingdom, the Nordic countries, the United States, Australia, and Germany. Founded in Norway, the company has expanded its presence across Europe and North America and is building a customer base among TMCs and corporates seeking faster implementation, higher hotel conversion, and integrated workflows for blended travel.
