LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. (September 4, 2025) – Walt Disney World Resort announced a series of activities for Hispanic and Latin American Heritage Month, which will take place from September 15 to October 15, 2025. The program combines shows, parades, gastronomy, live music, and cultural experiences across the parks and resort areas.
The celebration will kick off at Magic Kingdom Park , where the Bacilos duo will headline the Festival of Fantasy parade as Grand Marshals on September 15, in addition to performing that same evening at the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival ’s Eat to the Beat concert series. The park will also feature Encanto and Coco characters in the Disney Adventure Friends Cavalcade and the all-new nighttime Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away parade .
At EPCOT , the CommuniCore Plaza stage will host ¡Celebración Encanto!, an interactive show featuring the Madrigal family, while the Mexico pavilion will welcome the traditional Mariachi Cobre. The food and music festival will feature performances by Bacilos, La Calle Band, Sheila E, Jesse & Joy, and Latin Ambition, as well as new culinary offerings such as Peruvian ceviche, carnitas tostada, and marinated yuca potatoes.
The program will be expanded to other parks: at Disney's Animal Kingdom , the Viva Gaia Street Band! will provide Caribbean rhythms and offer art workshops, while at Disney's Hollywood Studios, Latin American-inspired dishes will be incorporated into the ABC Commissary restaurant and a Coco -themed collection will be featured in the boutiques. At Disney Springs , the experience will be rounded out with murals by Latin artists on the Art Walk and specialty dishes such as horchata mousse and chicken croquettes.
The offering is complemented at Disney Resorts Collection with Latin-inspired menus at restaurants such as Toledo at Coronado Springs Resort and Sebastian's Bistro at Caribbean Beach Resort.
