This strategic agreement will allow both companies to promote the development of hotel and flexible stay projects in key locations in Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay, with a comprehensive operating model that combines Waves' operational expertise and Wyndham's international strength, supported by its global reach, its Wyndham Rewards loyalty program—with more than 120 million members—and a cutting-edge technology platform.

Felicità combines the flexibility of short-term rentals with world-class hotel standards. It is designed to meet the needs of digital nomads, business travelers, and professionals seeking comfortable stays with design, technology, and services included.
