TIJE innovates with a new solution for corporate tourism

The global tourism industry is experiencing a period of accelerated expansion. According to the World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC), the sector contributed nearly $9.9 trillion to global GDP in 2024, almost fully recovering to pre-pandemic levels

By the end of 2025, projections predict it will surpass $10.7 trillion, a record reached in 2019, consolidating tourism as one of the most dynamic economic engines on the planet (WTTC).

In B2B tourism, in particular, the impact of this accelerated growth is also strongly felt, posing specific challenges. “The increase in technology platforms generates an overload of options and intense competition,” notes, for example, a study by ZS, a global consulting firm specializing in strategy, technology, and data analytics for various industries, including travel and hospitality. The study indicates that more than 250 technology providers currently overwhelm hoteliers, who must choose only those that truly provide value beyond access to inventory.

“Hoteliers are often overwhelmed by the constant stream of third-party technology providers competing to meet the complex needs of the transient B2B segment. Digital transformation, accelerated by innovations emerging during the pandemic; travel managers' growing preference for seamless technology interactions; and the growing importance of small and medium-sized businesses are putting pressure on hoteliers to partner with key providers or develop their own solutions,” explains Lucas Klenk, Managing Director of E2E, the innovation unit of TIJE Travel Tech Group, a travel technology solutions ecosystem with over 25 years of experience.

Aware of these needs, TIJE has just launched Synq Hotel Value, a comprehensive and modular platform designed to optimize the marketing of hotels and trains in the B2B environment. The solution allows agencies, groups, and wholesalers to scale their operations without incurring technological costs by centralizing management in a single, customized site.

“Synq Hotel Value was created to help our clients maximize their potential by synchronizing their own content with TIJE's inventory, adding efficiency, customization, and control in a single system,” Klenk explained.

The tool offers access to more than 800,000 hotel properties and the global inventory of more than 100 integrated providers, with certified connectors like Gimmonix. In addition, its train vertical provides access to international tickets and passes from operators such as Renfe, DB, Trenitalia, Eurostar, and TGV, with real-time issuance.

The system allows each client to create their own website under their own domain, with a design tailored to their visual identity, achieving aesthetic coherence and a professional user experience. Its key features include:

• Unified booking engine for hotels and trains, with advanced filters and a visual comparison tool.
• Centralized management of online and offline reservations, business rules, user permissions, and custom contracts.
• Process automation, from cancellations and notifications to invoicing and performance reports.
• Flexible payments, via checking account or local and international gateways.
• Modular scalability, with the option to activate hotels, trains, or both verticals according to the client's needs.

A comprehensive ecosystem: how TIJE connects hotels, trains, and flights for its customers

The launch of Synq Hotel Value adds to a suite of B2B solutions that TIJE Travel Tech Group has been developing in recent years. The company already operates Gimmonix, which improves hotel booking conversions by up to 30%, and Whizar, which re-evaluates airfares in real time to obtain more competitive prices.

Additionally, through E2E Travel Solutions, its technological innovation core provides robust tools for agencies: flight and hotel modules, rail management systems, traveler assistance platforms, and a "Technological Discovery" that diagnoses and optimizes the experience of third-party customers. This is complemented by the strategic alliance with Starlings, signed in 2024, to transform B2B content distribution in Latin America.

With this new addition, TIJE strengthens an already established ecosystem, allowing its partners to operate efficiently and scale without major investments in technological infrastructure. "Our commitment is to ensure that each agency or wholesaler can compete in a global market with tools at the level of the major players, but tailored to their identity and local needs," said Klenk.

Beyond this launch, the company also managed to relaunch its B2C solutions after a period focused exclusively on the B2B segment. In 2024, it launched Tije.com, in partnership with StarNext, with an initial offering focused on flights and plans to add hotels, trains, cars, and insurance. The site allows payments in local currency and takes advantage of repricing algorithms based on artificial intelligence.

As part of its refocusing strategy on the B2C segment, TIJE Travel Tech Group is once again actively present at the International Tourism Fair (FIT), taking place from September 27 to 30 at La Rural. The company will have its own stand, participate in professional and public events, and will present, among other things, its new Tije.com website.

This presence marks its return to the direct-to-consumer circuit, at an event that brings together more than 50 countries and is considered the largest tourism gathering in Latin America. This foray into B2C did not mean abandoning the corporate landscape, but rather demonstrates TIJE's ability to refocus based on market demands.
