London, June 11, 2025 – WTM London announced that the 2025 edition of its conference program will revolve around a central theme: “Reimagining Travel in a Changing World .” For the first time, the fair will adopt a unified theme across its six tracks, to maintain consistency and enrich the attendee experience.
The thematic axes remain the same as last year—Sustainability, Technology, DEAI (Diversity, Equity, Accessibility, and Inclusion), Marketing, Geo-Economy, and Travel Trends—but this year they will be underpinned by a shared vision that seeks to inspire dialogue, innovation, and collaboration across the industry.
The organization launched the Call for Content , inviting bold thinkers, new voices, and innovative leaders to submit proposals by July 7, 2025. Selected content will be curated by a committee of six international experts, who will contribute their experience and networks to ensure relevant, high-impact presentations.
This year's program will include highlights such as the WTM Global Travel Report , the Sustainability Summit , and the Geo-Economy Summit on November 4; the Technology and DEAI summits on November 5; and the Marketing Summit , the ITT Future You Forum , and the Closing Keynote on November 6.
“Unifying the theme across the entire program gives us consistency and coherence,” explained Brooke Gilbertson, Conference Manager of WTM London. “Our goal is to rethink the purpose of travel in the face of global changes, emerging challenges, and new opportunities.”
With a 29% increase in session attendance in 2024 and the expansion of its venues at ExCeL London, WTM London expects the 2025 edition to be one of the strongest in its 45-year history.
