Hyatt Expands All-Inclusive Portfolio in the Dominican Republic with Plans for New Secrets Resort & Spa-Branded Resort

Mexico City, September 15, 2025 – Hyatt Hotels Corporation (NYSE: H) announced today that a Hyatt affiliate has entered into a management agreement with GSM Investissements Dominicana SRL, the existing owner of Dreams Macao Beach Punta Cana, for the all-inclusive, adults-only resort Secrets Macao Beach Punta Cana. Scheduled to open in 2026, this new resort will feature 406 guest rooms, including Junior Suites, Master Suites and Presidential Suites, as well as 111 swim-out suites and 13 high-end panoramic swim-out suites, offering a sophisticated and elevated retreat for adults on picturesque Macao Beach.

Secrets Macao Beach Punta Cana is expected to feature an impressive selection of dining options, with nine unique restaurants representing flavors from around the world designed to captivate even the most discerning palates, as well as nine bars offering premium international and domestic spirits, including a sports bar, which will offer full food service, a cigar lounge, and Coco Café, serving light bites. A highlight dining experience will be the farm-to-table restaurant located within an on-site organic garden, offering a unique and sustainable culinary experience celebrating the freshest regional flavors with dishes crafted directly from the garden. For Preferred Club guests, a dedicated dining venue will offer an intimate setting with a curated menu and elevated service, showcasing the best of international and local flavors.

With a design philosophy that embraces natural aesthetics, Secrets Macao Beach Punta Cana will provide a serene and luxurious environment where guests can fully relax and enjoy the beauty of Macao Beach. Guests will enjoy signature Unlimited-Luxury® inclusions, such as pool and beach service, unlimited premium international and domestic liquors, 24-hour room service and concierge, daily activities and entertainment, nightly programming, and more.
The resort will feature three pools, including a main pool with a beach club-inspired atmosphere and an activity pool with daytime entertainment offering panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. Preferred Club members will also have access to a rooftop pool with stunning ocean views. Ideally located adjacent to the family-friendly Dreams Macao Beach Punta Cana, guests of Secrets Macao Beach Punta Cana will enjoy free access between both resorts, including all restaurants and amenities. Additionally, the resort will feature a convention center with capacity for up to 1,000 guests, providing dynamic event and meeting options in a serene setting.
