IATA-accredited travel agents in both markets can now sell, issue, and settle W2 tickets locally through their existing BSP setup, in Brazilian reais and Uruguayan pesos, with immediate issuance in the GDS and no additional onboarding required.

Peer Winter, GO7's chief digital officer, said: "With the launch of BSP in Brazil and Uruguay, we're putting our W2 partner airlines on a level playing field with major carriers, offering agents expanded content and local settlement options within the tools they already use."

"This dual launch in South America marks an important milestone in GO7's mission to simplify ticketing, settlement, and global connectivity for IATA-accredited agents, ensuring they are ready to sell W2 tickets today."

With GO7's WorldTicket, agencies can sell flights from more than 150 airlines through their regular GDS workflow, including smaller and regional carriers that may not have direct agreements in every market. Tickets are issued using WorldTicket's proprietary ticketing code (W2), which allows agents to combine flights from multiple airlines onto a single ticket, as well as manage reporting and remittance through the BSP.

In Brazil, BSP ticket sales are processed with instant issuance (via W2-365). Agents can continue to book flights marketed in W2 and W1 directly in their GDS, as well as create single-ticket itineraries that connect with partner airlines. Meanwhile, in Uruguay, W2 is now available for local settlement with immediate issuance and the same GDS workflow.

The expansion of WorldTicket by GO7 to two new BSP markets represents a significant regional boost in South America. The new offering provides Brazilian and Uruguayan agencies with more saleable flight options, while also expanding distribution for partner airlines throughout the region.
