Orlando, FL – Arajet, the Dominican airline with connections to 28 destinations and 16 countries, was recognized as Company of the Year during the ninth annual Best of Sanford Excellence Awards. The award was given for its vision and leadership in expanding
international connectivity and advancing tourism and the economy in Central Florida.
This award was created to recognize businesses that offer the best in unique products, services, activities, restaurants, and entertainment experiences in the city of Sanford. Winners are selected by open vote of readers of My Sanford magazine, the leading business publication in Sanford, Florida, and the surrounding community.

Regarding operations, Luna emphasized that the start of Arajet's new direct service from Sanford-Orlando to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, will be on October 26, 2025, and will have three weekly frequencies, on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. "These
