MSC Seascape will bring new Texas-inspired flavors to Galveston this November

Fort Lauderdale, Florida – September 29, 2025 – MSC Cruises announced that MSC Seascape will add a Texan twist to its culinary offering when it begins sailing from Galveston on November 9. With seven-night Western Caribbean itineraries, the ship will offer guests an expanded food and beverage menu inspired by the culinary traditions of Texas, the American South and the Gulf Coast, alongside the line’s classics.

New features include dishes such as Texas-style smoked ribs, Cajun-spiced pork loin, chicken and waffles, and buttermilk pie , along with a selection of spicy margaritas, local beers, and regionally inspired cocktails. This offering will be combined with the cruise line's renowned Mediterranean buffet and rotating menus that will take diners from Italian flavors to the freshness of the Caribbean.

The ship will also add two exclusive tasting experiences: the MSC Bourbon & Bacon Experience , which combines handcrafted bourbons with bacon pairings, and the MSC Macallan Experience , focusing on the heritage and richness of this iconic Scotch whisky.

In addition to its Texan offering, MSC Seascape will feature five specialty restaurants—including Kaito Sushi Bar, HOLA! Tacos & Cantina, and Butcher's Cut—bars with themed cocktails, and an international Brunch Tour on sailing days, with options ranging from Tunisian shakshuka to Japanese fried chicken.
