What expectations do you have for this edition of FIT?

We're very pleased to be participating again this year. In 2025, we'll be celebrating our 55th anniversary, and the fair is a key meeting point for our industry partners. This year, FIT is breaking records with more than 1,700 exhibitors, which underlines the event's relevance. For Assist Card, this has been one of the best years in its history, with very positive results in outbound tourism.

How would you describe Assist Card's performance in 2025?

The year began with an excellent first quarter, with year-over-year growth of 45%. In the second quarter, it stabilized around 30% and by September it reached 15%, which is logical when compared to 2024, when the recovery had already begun. In any case, we expect to close the year with an overall increase close to 30%, which confirms the company's strong momentum.

The market is increasingly competitive. What factors explain its growth?

On the one hand, the macroeconomic situation favored travel abroad, with an improvement in the purchasing power of Argentines in dollars. On the other hand, the strategic alliances we signed in recent years have allowed us to strengthen our market share and consolidate our position as a leader in travel assistance.

Has Argentine travelers become more aware of the importance of having assistance?

Without a doubt. After COVID, the idea took hold that traveling without assistance is no longer an option. This fueled the growth of the entire category, and within that context, Assist Card gained prominence thanks to investment in branding and strategic sponsorships with the Argentine Football Association (AFA) and River Plate, in addition to our presence in airports. We want to be top of mind for travelers so they think of us when planning their trip.

What role do service quality and word of mouth play in your positioning?

It's essential. We constantly measure indicators like the NPS (Net Promoter Score), which reached 51 points in 2025, a category considered "World Class." Furthermore, we have a rating of 4.7 out of 5 on Google My Business. These results show that the service we provide inspires trust and encourages recommendations.

In recent years, there has been an increasing focus on sustainability and social responsibility. How does Assist Card work in this regard?

We develop initiatives alongside our strategic partners, such as River Plate and the AFA, in social support programs linked to sports and education. Although we don't always communicate this widely, we believe that companies should play an active role in society. Furthermore, internally, we seek to foster a culture of empathy and closeness with our employees: today, we have more than 540 families in Argentina who are part of Assist Card.

Growth also impacts employment. How has the company evolved in that regard?

Globally, after the pandemic, we went from 50 to 1,680 employees. In Argentina, the workforce grew 40% since 2022, with a 12% increase in the last year alone. The majority of the additions were in the sales and marketing areas, driven by the strong recovery in travel.

What are your prospects for 2026?

Although the electoral context in Argentina creates uncertainty, we are optimistic. We expect more moderate growth than in 2025, around 8-10%, which is still positive. Everything indicates a very strong summer season, with destinations like Brazil and Uruguay leading the way. The important thing is that Argentines will continue to travel, and our challenge is to ensure they do so protected with Assist Card.
