Royal Caribbean unveiled Legend of the Seas , its newest addition to its Icon Class fleet, designed to offer an unprecedented travel experience. The new ship will combine premium dining, immersive entertainment, and spaces designed for all ages, cementing the company as a global leader in family vacations at sea.

With eight themed neighborhoods, Legend invites travelers to explore a universe of culinary offerings with a total of 28 restaurants . New features include the Royal Railway – Legend Station , a culinary and theatrical journey inspired by the ancient Silk Roads, and the Hollywoodland Supper Club , which revives the splendor of Hollywood's Golden Age with live music, gourmet cuisine, and creative cocktails. These offerings are complemented by the renovated AquaDome Market , with five international stations open 24/7.

Entertainment reaches new heights with exclusive productions like “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory ,” an adaptation of the Roald Dahl classic debuting at sea, and multidisciplinary shows combining acrobatics, dance, and technology at the AquaTheater and the Absolute Zero ice rink . Plus, more than 20 bars and lounges offer themed experiences, from live music to dedicated jazz and contemporary mixology.

Outdoor adventures are also revamped: the Category 6 water park , the largest at sea; the Crown's Edge attraction , which combines a zip line and a walkway suspended over the ocean; and multiple recreational areas such as Lost Dunes , Adrenaline Peak , and the redesigned Surfside , designed for young families. For relaxation, the ship offers seven pools, including an adults-only infinity pool and the Royal Bay aquatic complex , along with ten whirlpools and private cabanas.

In the summer of 2026, Legend of the Seas will cruise the western Mediterranean with itineraries from Barcelona and Rome, while starting in November of the same year it will sail the Caribbean from Fort Lauderdale, with stops in destinations such as Aruba, Curaçao and the acclaimed Perfect Day at CocoCay .

The new ship, powered by liquefied natural gas (LNG) , integrates sustainable technologies that are part of Royal Caribbean Group's commitment to a net-zero emissions future. With its innovative design, unparalleled culinary offerings, and cutting-edge entertainment, Legend of the Seas is positioned as the new flagship for luxury family travel at sea.
