Palladium Hotel Group strengthens its MICE and family offering with new investments in the Caribbean

What are Palladium Hotel Group's main goals for this year and next in terms of growth and development?

We are currently carrying out numerous renovations and restructurings at our hotels to keep them current. For next year, we project approximately 30% growth in both rates and occupancy. It's an ambitious goal, but our products are very powerful and support this projection, especially thanks to the investments we are making in each property.

What new features are you presenting at IMEX Americas 2025?

We're unveiling the remodeled Grand Palladium Bávaro, which we closed at the beginning of the year and will reopen in December as Family Selection, a VIP product aimed at families that has already been successful in Costa Mujeres, Mexico, and which we're replicating in the Dominican Republic. Additionally, in Riviera Maya, our White Sand hotel has migrated from Grand Palladium to Grand Palladium Select, with more exclusive services, VIP amenities, and improvements to the bar.

What kind of infrastructure and amenities do you offer for events and groups?

All our hotels have convention centers ranging from 10,000 to 15,000 m², located beachfront in prime locations. We operate under an upscale all-inclusive concept, with premium food and beverages. We offer a wide range of high-level entertainment, with a three-hour show with dinner included, a two-and-a-half-hour concert with 80s and 90s music, and our Bravo restaurant, which combines gastronomy with musical happenings and DJs. The overall experience is one of our strongest pillars.

How have travelers' expectations changed after the pandemic, and how are they adapting?

The purpose of travel has evolved, and customers are seeking complete experiences that surprise and leave lasting memories. That's why our entertainment, gastronomy, and premium service offerings are designed to create experiences that go beyond the conventional and ensure each visit is unforgettable.
