IMEX America: Innovation, connections, and experiences beyond the booth
From October 7-9, 2025, IMEX America once again demonstrated that events go far beyond the trade show floor. Active activities, wellness challenges, sunrise races, and innovation spaces fostered deep connections among attendees and left their mark beyond the show floor
During IMEX America 2025, held at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, a strong commitment to experiential experiences was evident: beyond the traditional booth model, attendees participated in initiatives that fostered community, inspiration, and well-being.
Transformative experiences
A 5km dawn race (IMEXrun) was organized, bringing participants together before the official event began, promoting health, camaraderie, and positive energy.
In the "Circadian Cove" area, push-up challenges were held under the #Fit4Events campaign, encouraging attendees to take care of themselves even during intense conference days.
There were creative activations such as a baseball-themed virtual reality experience, eye-catching visual installations for selfies, and spaces designed for mental and physical well-being.
These dynamics resulted not only in fun interaction, but also in real opportunities for participants to build relationships and collaborative projects during and after the event.
