What kind of infrastructure do your ships offer for meetings and events?

Our ships are incredibly flexible in their use of space. Each one features a theater that is used for shows at night, but during the day can be transformed into a conference or event hall. We also provide all the necessary audiovisual equipment at no additional cost. We also adapt lounges and restaurants, some with retractable screens and integrated sound systems, allowing for full meetings in diverse and efficient environments.

What are the main advantages of holding an event on a cruise ship versus a traditional land-based destination?

First, the value. When comparing the costs of organizing an event on land versus at sea, the difference is clear. On our ships, there are no extra charges for services such as audiovisuals, coffee breaks, or minimal catering. We include beverage packages, premium dining, and internet access. Second, the excitement: we offer world-class entertainment, casinos, spas, and dining. And third, the experience: Instead of staying in one location, attendees can explore multiple destinations without having to unpack more than once.

Which lines within the group are best suited to the corporate segment?

All three brands are equally suitable, depending on the guest profile. Norwegian Cruise Line offers a contemporary experience; Oceania Cruises, luxury; and Regent Seven Seas, ultra-luxurious. As with our hotels, we have options for every type of event and budget.

What are the most popular destinations for events at sea?

The Mediterranean is growing impressively. Each country offers something unique: one year you can sail from Lisbon to Barcelona, and the next year you can explore the Greek Islands or the French Riviera. The Caribbean, meanwhile, remains a classic choice for groups and corporate travelers.

What trends do you see among travelers in this segment?

Today, travelers are looking for more immersive and meaningful experiences. It's no longer just about the ship or the food, but about the unique experiences that can be offered. That's why we created Experiences at Sea , a division specializing in designing personalized experiences both onboard and on land. Our approach is simple: ask, listen, and act. Based on what the client is looking for, we develop unique proposals tailored to their group.

Do you have a dedicated team working with event organizers?

Yes, we have operational teams across our three brands who work directly with clients, as well as an office-based team dedicated exclusively to designing private and customized shore excursions for groups and charters. This way, we take care of every detail, both onboard and off the ship, to ensure a comprehensive experience.
