Sabre Corporation, a leading provider of software and technology powering the global travel industry, today announced the launch of SabreMosaic™ Continuous Revenue Optimizer (CRO), a first-of-its-kind, modular, AI-powered solution that enables airlines to go beyond traditional fare categories and provide continuous pricing recommendations for every purchase request.

Developed in collaboration with Riyadh Air, the CRO expands on the dynamics of SabreMosaic, the modular, AI-native platform launched last year that has already delivered more than 16 new products for more than 10 airlines, generating tens of millions of dollars in estimated incremental revenue for its users. The new solution
combines Sabre's proprietary data and algorithms with its AI capabilities to continuously determine the optimal price for each seat based on customer segment.

By analyzing real-time demand, booking patterns, and competitive market conditions, CRO allows airlines to present each passenger with the most relevant and competitive fare for their trip. This helps travelers find deals that best suit their preferences, while airlines can adjust prices—sometimes downward—to absorb the additional demand and thus increase overall revenue. In this way, airlines can achieve up to a 3.5% increase in overall revenue without adding capacity.

The CRO is powered by Sabre IQ, Sabre's systemic AI layer that combines proprietary algorithms with the
scale of its Travel Data Cloud. With over 50 petabytes of aggregated and anonymized travel intelligence, this
foundation provides Sabre with the most robust insights in the industry. Sabre's data and AI infrastructure enable
smarter pricing, merchandising, and service at scale. The CRO exemplifies how Sabre applies this capability to deliver measurable results for airlines today.

“The next evolution in revenue optimization is here,” said Mike Reyes, Sabre’s senior vice president of Product Management. “We’re thrilled to take this technological leap with Riyadh Air, a like-minded partner who has joined us on our journey to reinvent the future of revenue optimization.”

Reyes explains: “Continuous Revenue Optimizer applies the science of real-time pricing to airline marketing in a way that helps airlines achieve customer and business objectives as they move toward a fully modern bid-and-ask environment. What excites me most about our approach is that we’re leveraging Sabre IQ to help the next generation of airline analysts adopt this new technology more easily than ever before, enabling our airlines to achieve quick, measurable wins.”

Through this collaboration with Sabre, and as the first airline to employ this revolutionary solution, Riyadh Air is enhancing its pricing science to maximize revenue opportunities while navigating a hybrid environment where most partners still operate with fare rules.

“We have a bold vision to reinvent the entire traveler experience,” said Shihaj Kutty, Vice President of Pricing and Revenue Management at Riyadh Air. “With a digital population to serve, we knew we needed cutting-edge technology to understand our customers in new ways and deliver relevant, optimized offers at the point of search and purchase. Sabre’s historical expertise in this area, combined with its innovative approach to solving this problem, gave us the confidence that Sabre was the right partner.”

“When evaluating technology to address this need, what set CRO apart was its continuous, segment-based pricing approach, allowing us to balance commercial performance with traveler value while supporting the long-term growth of our business,” Kutty added.

The introduction of CRO comes at a time when airlines face increasing pressure to optimize every seat sold. An MIT study found that airlines implementing segmented continuous pricing—especially category-free models—can achieve revenue increases of 3% to 6% in realistic competitive scenarios. By enabling category-free and continuous pricing, CRO addresses a historical limitation of legacy revenue management systems and positions airlines to compete more effectively in markets where demand patterns change rapidly.

CRO was introduced during Sabre's keynote address at the recent T2RL Engage conference, where Riyadh Air executives joined Sabre leaders on stage to share their firsthand experiences. Their joint presence highlighted the industry's push toward category-free revenue management and the accelerated adoption of next-generation bidding and ordering capabilities.

Following the announcement at T2RL Engage, CRO is available to any airline as a standalone module or in conjunction with the SabreMosaic platform.
