HBX Group International plc ("HBX Group" or the "Group") today announces changes to the Group's organizational structure to better align with rapidly evolving market demands, increase agility, strengthen customer focus, and enhance execution capabilities.

The Group's new structure is comprised of five specialized verticals: Sourcing, Distribution, Fintech, Mobility & Experiences, and Hoteltech. These verticals are grounded in deep industry knowledge, empowered to drive results, and responsible for end-to-end execution and customer success. Each vertical will be supported by specialized functional teams across technology and data, operations, marketing, and pricing, to achieve better results with focus and agility.

The new structure will be supported by accelerated adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation, enabling faster execution, improved scalability, and profitability with enhanced overall value creation.

Changes in the composition of the management team

To support this evolution, the Group is also making some changes to the composition of the Management Team:

David Amsellem, Chief Distribution Officer, joins the executive team to lead the distribution of hospitality services and products, expanding his responsibility to include both wholesale and retail distribution channels. David has a strong track record in innovation and technology as CEO and co-founder of The Luxurist, the AI-powered luxury travel ecosystem the Group launched earlier this year.

Xabi Zabala, Chief Sourcing and Operations Officer, will lead Sourcing. He will also continue to lead the Operations function, which under his leadership has achieved significant progress in efficiency and quality, including the implementation of AI-based solutions.

Daniel Nordholm, Chief Information Officer, oversees Product, Technology, and Data, and continues to lead Fintech. Daniel has extensive experience in technology and product innovation, having previously held CTO and CPO roles at other companies.

Stephanie Fougou joins the management team as General Counsel after joining HBX Group earlier this year.

Paula Felstead, Chief Information Officer (CIO), has decided to step down from her role to explore new opportunities outside the Group.

Carlos Muñoz, Commercial Director, will step down from his management position. Carlos will leverage his extensive industry experience to initially support the Board as a Senior Advisor. The Board will then propose his appointment as a Director at the next General Meeting, scheduled for February 2026.

Full biographies of all Team members are available on the Group's website.

Nicolas Huss, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), said: "HBX Group has strong foundations in scale, proprietary technology and data, as well as long-standing relationships across the travel ecosystem. By adopting a delivery-driven organizational model and integrating AI more deeply into our operations, we are strengthening our ability to execute and building a more customer-centric, efficient, profitable, and agile company.

I would like to welcome Stephanie Fougou and David Amsellem to the management team, and personally thank Carlos Muñoz and Paula Felstead for their valuable contributions and committed leadership.

The organizational changes announced today position us to drive sustainable growth across our entire ecosystem."
