Palma de Mallorca, October 14, 2025. Meliá Hotels International announced its return to Miami with the upcoming opening of Meliá Miami Brickell, the company's first Branded Residences project in the United States. In partnership with Urban Network Capital Group, the new development redefines urban living by integrating a hotel lifestyle into a residential setting, consolidating the brand's presence in the competitive North American market.

Located at 1120 SW 3rd Avenue, just minutes from I-95 and Brickell City Centre, the project will feature 110 high-end residences that combine well-being, design, and luxury hospitality. Meliá offers a living experience that blends the privacy of a residential property with the signature services of its hotels, offering a new way to experience the heart of Miami.

Each unit was designed with special attention to detail, incorporating premium materials, custom furnishings, and curated art pieces. The residences will be accompanied by exclusive amenities including an infinity pool, a wellness center, personalized concierge service, and high-end dining options, in a boutique setting that balances elegance and intimacy.

The interior design will be led by Adriana Hoyos Design Studio, renowned for its sophisticated approach and connection to nature and Latin American heritage. Concepto Taller de Arquitectura | Interior Design will be responsible for the architectural design, ensuring the project's aesthetic and functional coherence.

The launch is part of Meliá's global strategy to strengthen its position in the Branded Residences segment, a model that combines real estate investment and luxury hospitality. The company already has developments under this format in destinations such as Dubai and Saint Lucia, and is preparing new openings in the Seychelles and Montenegro.

With this initiative, Meliá expands its portfolio in the United States, where it already operates INNSiDE New York and Meliá Orlando Celebration. According to Gabriel Escarrer, President and CEO of Meliá Hotels International, this project represents a decisive step in the brand's consolidation in a growing market, reaffirming its commitment to innovation, sustainability, and well-being.

Residence owners will be able to join a hotel management program that allows units to be included in a rental system when not in use, optimizing the profitability and flexibility of the investment. Thus, Meliá Miami Brickell presents itself as a comprehensive project that combines exclusivity, profitability, and lifestyle, marking a new milestone in the company's international expansion.
