Dubai, UAE – October 2025 – Emirates has opened the Emirates Centre of Hospitality Excellence in Dubai, a world-class training facility dedicated to its nearly 25,000 cabin crew members, with an investment of $8 million. The center offers an immersive experience focused on the art of hospitality and the highest standards of onboard service.
The modern facilities include a restaurant and lounge with capacity for 170 people, fully equipped kitchens, and eight classrooms with advanced technology. By the end of the year, more than 10,000 crew members will undergo this new training program.
The center offers courses inspired by the standards of haute cuisine and premium service, developed in conjunction with the École hôtelière de Lausanne, one of the most prestigious hotel schools in the world. The training revolves around the four pillars of Emirates Hospitality: excellence, care, innovation, and passion.

The Emirates Centre of Hospitality Excellence offers immersive dining experiences, fine dining service courses, and the L'art du vin program, which trains crew members in the art of wine and pairing. It also combines restaurant and airline kitchens to teach presentation techniques and personalized service at the highest level.
With this launch, Emirates continues to strengthen its global training program, renowned for its focus on excellence, safety, and hospitality. The airline currently employs staff of more than 140 nationalities and continues to recruit new crew members worldwide.
