Central America strengthens intraregional business collaboration within the framework of CATM 2025

The meeting brought together representatives from the private sector in Belize, Guatemala, El Salvador, and Honduras to strengthen business cooperation, identify new partnership opportunities, and promote the integration of complementary tourism products that will boost regional tourism development.

During the event, the importance of maintaining the unity of the regional private sector to face the challenges and take advantage of the opportunities of the global market was highlighted, reaffirming FEDECATUR's commitment to Central American tourism integration.

The event was attended by Andrés Ehrler, president of the National Chamber of Tourism of Honduras (CANATURH); Boris Iraheta, secretary general of the Central American Tourism Promotion Agency (CATA); Efrén Pérez, president of FEDECATUR; and Reizel Vilorio, Deputy Minister of Tourism of Honduras, who officially inaugurated the Intraregional Networking event.
