Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, the world's largest hotel franchise company with over 8,300 properties in approximately 100 countries, will be present at the 2025 edition of Festuris Gramado, a landmark event in the national tourism calendar. The fair, which takes place from November 6th to 9th in Gramado, Rio Grande do Sul, is expected to attract more than 15,000 visitors compared to the 2024 edition. Each edition averages 400 booths, showcasing approximately 2,500 public and private brands.
At the event, Wyndham will set up a booth to showcase its full portfolio and showcase the chain's latest developments in Brazil and throughout Latin America and the Caribbean, with a special focus on properties such as Wyndham Gramado, Wyndham Olímpia, Wyndham Ibirapuera, TRYP by Wyndham Paraíso, Wyndham Golden Foz Suites, Esplendor by Wyndham Mendoza (Argentina), and Wyndham Santiago Pettra (Chile). The company will also showcase its newest development, scheduled for launch later this year: the Wyndham Pitangui Resort, located near Natal, Rio Grande do Norte. To foster relationships with the trade, Wyndham will also host a breakfast with approximately 60 industry professionals, bringing together agents, operators, and decision-makers.
"Wyndham believes that in-person meetings like this are essential for strengthening ties with the market, fostering long-term partnerships, and driving concrete business. The fair offers the ideal setting for us to showcase our strength and our vision for 2026, when we hope to further accelerate tourism growth in Brazil and the region," says Ilka Padula, Director of Global Sales for Latin America and the Caribbean at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.
On the hotel side, Wyndham Gramado's general manager, Alejandro Geis, highlighted the special moment of the chain's participation in the event: "We want to reinforce Wyndham Gramado's positioning as the most complete resort in Serra Gaúcha, showcasing the innovations recently implemented, highlighting our breakfast formulation with regional products from Serra Gaúcha, new leisure areas with activities geared towards families and children, as well as the expansion of our sustainable actions, such as plastic reduction initiatives and environmental awareness projects with guests."
Wyndham Olímpia's general manager, Mário Pio, comments: "It's a great opportunity to showcase the unique features of our operation and future projects to the market, engaging directly with those who shape tourism sales in the country." Wyndham Ibirapuera's Sales and Marketing Director, Angela Figueiredo, adds: "Being at Festuris allows us to showcase Ibirapuera's revitalized structure and show corporate and leisure guests how prepared we are to serve with excellence and modernity."
Wyndham's strategy is to leverage Festuris to consolidate its presence in Brazil, promote the recently announced Wyndham Pitangui, and strengthen ties with agents, operators, and companies that shape domestic tourism. With its sights set on 2026, the chain expects the event to drive new business and project even greater visibility for its properties.
