The Global Wellness Summit (GWS), the foremost gathering of leaders in the $6.3 trillion global wellness economy, announced that its 2025 edition—taking place in Dubai from November 18–21—will focus on the future of wellness tourism and hospitality.

Executives from leading brands such as Six Senses, Chenot, Lanserhof, Clinique La Prairie and Kerzner will join investors, academics and government representatives to discuss the key shifts shaping this rapidly growing industry.

According to the Global Wellness Institute, wellness tourism grew by nearly 30% in 2023, making it the fastest-expanding segment in the wellness economy. The sector is forecast to reach $1.35 trillion by 2028.

Topics will include the rise of longevity and medical-wellness destinations, the integration of luxury and preventive health, and the growing demand for spiritual, nature-based and sustainable travel experiences. A special focus will also be placed on the Middle East, now the world’s fastest-growing wellness tourism region.

Susie Ellis, GWS Chair and CEO, commented: “The wellness travel market has evolved dramatically, offering increasingly diverse and sophisticated experiences. The caliber of our speakers in Dubai reflects this incredible momentum.”

The Summit will take place at the brand-new Mandarin Oriental Downtown Dubai and feature executives from major hotel groups such as Hyatt, Hilton and Marriott in collaborative discussions about the future of wellness in hospitality.
