The Mexican Caribbean shines on screen: “The Threads of the Past” is being filmed in Isla Mujeres

The Mexican Caribbean is once again taking center stage on screen with " Los Hilos del Pasado" (The Threads of the Past) , the new drama from Univision and Televisa, filmed in part at Impression Isla Mujeres by Secrets, a luxury resort belonging to World of Hyatt. The production, which captivated 1.9 million viewers during its premiere in the United States, reinforces the destination's position as a premier filming location.

During filming, the team found Impression Isla Mujeres to be the ideal setting to capture the essence of the story: a resort perched on a cliff overlooking the Caribbean, where contemporary design blends seamlessly with Mexican culture.
