What is the objective of Enjoy's participation in the Gramado Festuris?

This is our third consecutive year at Festuris and our second in the Luxury sector. Our presence stems from two key initiatives. First, the strategic plan we designed post-pandemic in 2022, with the goal of capitalizing on the opportunities in the Brazilian market—a neighboring country of over 220 million people. If we consider only the south, São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, we're talking about more than 60 million potential visitors.

To achieve this, we strengthened our 25-year-old São Paulo office and built a sales team focused on southern Brazil, led by a member of our staff who is from Rio Grande do Sul and has been with us for 24 years. This process allowed us to build strong alliances, such as the one we maintain with Festuris, where, in addition to participating in the trade show, we organized the official launch of the event in Punta del Este for the second year in a row.

How important is this alliance for the brand?

It's very important. At Festuris, we participate in the Luxury sector and also in the conferences—as they're called here. Last year, I spoke about the three pillars of customer loyalty according to the Enjoy model; this year, I'll be talking about the power of entertainment to strengthen MICE tourism, with success stories from our experiences. All of this gives us visibility, brings us closer to our audience, and reinforces our brand reputation and positioning in Brazil.

What role does MICE tourism play within the resort's strategy?

The MICE segment is one of our main focuses. Last year we hosted 67 events, including congresses, conventions, and incentive trips, 16 of which originated in Brazil. We want to continue strengthening this connection by leveraging the strengths of Punta del Este as a destination and our resort as an experience center.

Summer season is approaching, what new things can you anticipate?

November marks the start of the season and is our anniversary month. We have special activities planned, including shows, theater, and international DJs. In early December, we'll be holding an event in Buenos Aires to announce the full schedule, but I can already share a few things: we're continuing our partnership with Gustavo Yankelevich and his theater production—which in recent summers has brought stars like Susana Giménez and Moldavsky—; we're also renewing our collaboration with Osaka, which will be operating the food service at Ovo Beach; and the EnjoyLive series is returning, featuring artists from Argentina, Brazil, and Uruguay.

Added to this are the parties at Ovo Night, more than 10 throughout the summer, and the traditional Wine Fair, which will celebrate its 24th edition at the end of January, with more than 140 participating wineries and destinations.

How is demand projected for the next season?

We have very positive expectations. We're competitive with the Argentine coast, which attracts Argentine tourists, and the availability of more affordable dollars also encourages travel to Uruguay. With the recent elections concluded, there's greater stability and confidence, so we expect a very good season. I don't like to talk about records, but we do believe we'll come very close.
