What are their goals for Festuris this year?
Brazil is one of our most important markets in the region. Every year we see increasing interest from Brazilian travelers in discovering less traditional Caribbean destinations. This year we are launching Sandals Saint Vincent, our new resort, along with Sandals Curaçao, which continues to be in high demand and enjoys excellent air connectivity from Brazil. Festuris allows us to strengthen our relationships with travel agents and showcase everything our brand has to offer.
What distinguishes Sandals Saint Vincent within the chain?
It's a unique resort, with two-level overwater bungalows and boat transfers. Its cuisine is a highlight, particularly the Buccan restaurant, which combines local flavors with an interactive experience for guests. But beyond the facilities, what truly sets us apart is our staff: the human touch. At Sandals, everything is included, even the warmth and personalized attention that make every guest feel right at home.
Brazilian consumers greatly value luxury. How do they interpret this at Sandals?
For us, luxury is a holistic experience. It begins with complimentary transportation and extends to every detail: gourmet cuisine, premium beverages, Californian wines from Napa Valley, and butler service that anticipates each couple's wishes. Everything is designed to create unique memories: from a bath filled with rose petals to a romantic dinner under the moon. This personalization fosters connections that keep our guests coming back time and again.
How has the year been for Sandals & Beaches and what are their expectations for 2026?
It has been a positive year, although with challenges regarding air connectivity in Latin America. Even so, we continue to grow and strengthen alliances with airlines. We closed 2025 with an intense promotional schedule at trade shows and regional tours—in countries such as Argentina, Chile, and Peru—and with solid planning to begin 2026 by further boosting our presence in the Latin American market.
