ITB Berlin 2026 opens registration for its exclusive Buyers Circle

The leading global travel trade show celebrates its 60th anniversary with a program that combines innovation, networking and preferential access for the industry's most influential senior buyers

ITB Berlin, the world's leading travel trade fair, announced the opening of registration for the 2026 Buyers Circle, an exclusive network offering 1,300 senior buyers the opportunity to access high-level contacts, strategic information and unique advantages within the event.

Held from March 3-5, 2026, the next edition will mark the 60th anniversary of ITB Berlin, solidifying its position as the world's leading B2B platform for the tourism industry. Under the theme "Exclusivity for your business," the Buyers Circle aims to bring together key decision-makers from the leisure, corporate travel, MICE, and travel technology sectors to foster new partnerships, forge strategic agreements, and unveil the latest trends and innovations.

A high-level global network.
Members of the ITB Buyers Circle are carefully selected based on criteria that guarantee diversity, quality, and relevance for exhibitors. Approximately 35% of participants come from Germany and 65% from 20 other countries, including the UK, Spain, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Switzerland, China, Sweden, and the USA.

The program has established itself as a key meeting point for international leaders, acting as a catalyst for trends, cooperation, and investment in the global tourism industry. In 2026, China will be the sponsoring country of the Buyers Circle for the second consecutive year, strengthening the connection between the European and Asian markets.

Exclusive privileges during the trade fair: 

Selected buyers will have access to the Buyers' Circle Lounge, located in the historic Palais am Funkturm, a space designed for private meetings, comfortable work, or simply relaxation. This exclusive environment offers modern workspaces, free Wi-Fi, refreshments, early access to the exhibition center, and a fast-track entry lane to the trade fair the ITB Berlin Congress.
