Natal de Balneário Camboriú begins on Saturday (15) with the show Simplesmente Natal on the city's waterfront
The program will feature a special performance by Darte Entretenimento and the start of the Christmas Parades, which will take place on Wednesdays and Saturdays until December 27
Balneário Camboriú's first major Christmas season kicks off on Saturday the 15th at 8 pm in Praça Almirante Tamandaré, located on Avenida Atlântica, with a performance by the city's Philharmonic Orchestra and an exclusive version of the show "Simplesmente Natal," created by Darte Entretenimento. The day will also include a display of the Christmas Parade floats and one of the pocket shows that will be part of the Wednesday and Saturday schedule until December 27th.
The season-opening show is part of the special year-end programming at Gatzz, Gramado's first dinner show venue in the Serra Gaúcha region, also owned by the company. Artists from various disciplines—dancers, singers, actors, and acrobats—make up the cast and bring the production to life. “It’s a modern interpretation of the great Christmas classics, performed by a top-notch cast of acrobats, actors, singers, and dancers,” says Rodrigo Cadorin, partner and artistic director of Darte Entretenimento.
Christmas parades begin on the 19th
Those attending Saturday's ceremony will be able to see the floats created exclusively for the Viva o Natal BC 2025 parades, as well as enjoy a short show. The Christmas Parades will officially begin on Wednesday, December 19, and run until December 27, taking place on Wednesdays and Saturdays starting at 8 p.m.
The parade route will cover approximately seven kilometers along Avenida Atlântica, starting in Barra Sul and ending in Barra Norte. Each parade will consist of five floats and three stops, each featuring a pocket show with 50 artists. The first stop will be between Rua 3000 and Rua 2900; the second, at Praça Almirante Tamandaré; and the third, between Rua 1131 and Rua 1101.
