The Aruba Tourism Authority (ATA) celebrates the start of operations of the direct route between Bogotá and Aruba operated by LATAM Airlines Colombia, available seasonally between December 1, 2025 and January 31, 2026. This new travel option boosts the arrival of guests during the high season and improves access to the island from various Latin American markets.

The operation has three weekly frequencies —Monday, Friday and Saturday—, departing from El Dorado International Airport in Bogotá at 10:10 am, and returning from Queen Beatrix International Airport in Aruba at 2:35 pm, allowing travelers to optimize their time and make the most of their experience on the island.

Aruba continues to solidify its position as one of the Caribbean's most attractive destinations thanks to its year-round stable climate, turquoise waters, renowned hospitality, and constantly evolving tourism offerings. In recent months, the island has added new culinary options, wellness experiences, and hotel openings, enriching guests' stays. Activities such as sunset cruises, tours of Arikok National Park, cultural visits to San Nicolas, and culinary experiences featuring local products make Aruba an ideal destination for travelers seeking relaxation, wellness, and authenticity.

“From the Aruba Tourism Authority, we want to thank our partner LATAM Airlines for the opening of the new seasonal Bogotá-Aruba route. Having more seats from Bogotá diversifies the ways to reach Aruba, a happy, safe island that has so much to offer our guests. The Colombian market is one of the most important in Latin America for Aruba due to our proximity and our cultural and historical ties. We are confident that this new route will be a success and hope it can be maintained throughout 2026,” commented Jordan Schlipken Croes, ATA's Director for Latin America.

Queen Beatrix International Airport continues to consolidate its position as a strategic point in the Caribbean for the expansion of routes and the strengthening of air connectivity to the island.

Tickets for this new route are available at www.latam.com, www.latamairlines.com, and other official airline channels. With this route, LATAM Airlines Colombia continues to expand its international presence and strengthen connectivity from Bogotá to the Caribbean.

The launch of this route reaffirms Aruba's commitment to strengthening its air connections and continuing to offer alternatives that facilitate the arrival of guests from different countries in the region.
