CLIA is pleased to announce the opening of registration for the third edition of Cruise360 Brazil, considered the largest professional development event in the country's cruise industry. Starting at 11:00 AM this Thursday, December 4th, travel agents, the main sales channel for cruises in Brazil and worldwide, and key industry partners, can reserve their place directly on the event's official website: https://abremar.com.br/cruise360-brasil-2026/ .
Scheduled for March 14 and 15, 2026, in Santos, São Paulo, the event will be a complete immersion into the world of cruises, bringing together destinations, ports, terminals, major companies, executives, and authorities. The event is designed to strengthen industry professionals' knowledge, expand networks, and boost business opportunities in one of the fastest-growing segments worldwide. According to the Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA), the global cruise passenger projection for 2025 is 37.7 million, and by 2027 the figure is expected to approach 40 million.
This projected growth in travelers translates, in practice, into more than two million sales opportunities per year, representing greater business opportunities for the entire supply chain. And no one is more crucial in this process than travel agencies. They are the ones who transform this potential into actual occupancy, revenue, and a positive consumer experience, stated Marco Ferraz, president of CLIA in Brazil.
The event kicks off on Saturday, March 14th, with a full day of training. Participants will engage in activities divided by segment, such as contemporary, premium, luxury, river, and expedition cruises, in training rooms organized on a rotating schedule to ensure all agents participate in every session without missing any content. The program includes lectures, thematic panels, training sessions, and an interactive workshop that connects travel agents with companies, destinations, and partners. The day concludes with a special show celebrating the knowledge gained, the networking opportunities, and the energy of the industry.
On Sunday, March 15, the event continues with technical visits aboard the Costa Diadema and MSC Preziosa ships, which can be selected during registration. This activity offers travel agents the opportunity to learn about each product and its unique features firsthand, with experiences led directly by the host companies.
We are thrilled to be at the third edition of Cruise360 Brazil and to be meeting with the agents, who are the backbone of our industry. Everything has been designed to offer practical, up-to-date, and truly useful content for daily sales. Our goal is simple: for the investment made here to translate into results, greater knowledge, more confidence in selling, and more business opportunities. By 2026, we have prepared numerous new features and high-level training so that every agent can make the most of this experience and continue growing alongside our industry,” concludes Marco Ferraz, president of CLIA Brazil.
