MSC Cruises has unveiled a revamped list of entertainment activities that will be implemented at Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve starting in January 2026. The initiative is part of the company's commitment to strengthening the recreational offerings available to guests, providing alternatives that promote well-being, fun, and connection with the destination's natural environment.

Ocean Cay, a former industrial site now a private marine reserve, offers crystal-clear beaches, relaxing spaces, and experiences focused on ecosystem conservation. Among its attractions are eight pristine beaches, turquoise waters ideal for water sports, and the recently opened Marine Conservation Center, managed by the MSC Foundation. With overnight stays included in select itineraries, visitors can enjoy more time to explore the island and experience exclusive activities.

MSC Cruises' family program will expand with activities being added progressively starting in 2026, reinforcing the existing offerings—which include snorkeling, paddleboarding, and jet skiing—with new recreational, sporting, and educational initiatives. The program is designed to create memorable moments for all ages, from adventure options to wellness experiences focused on relaxation and connecting with nature.

Highlights of the new experiences include:

Wellness and Sports Program:
Two professional trainers from MSC Cruises' US-based ships will lead a daily schedule of sports and wellness activities. The program will offer yoga sessions, functional training, and popular sports for guests, with special offerings such as the Fire and Ice Challenge—a combination of hot yoga and ice baths—and sunrise yoga with guided sound meditation.

Augmented Reality Treasure Hunt:
In line with the island's marine conservation mission, an augmented reality educational experience will be launched, allowing guests to explore Ocean Cay through interactive narratives. Using mobile devices, families can participate in a treasure hunt that includes scannable sculptures and themed points focused on environmental challenges and preservation efforts. The experience dynamically integrates learning about local flora, fauna, and species.

LEGO® Pop-Up:
Families will be welcomed with a LEGO® themed activation in the Welcome Pavilion, featuring seven LEGO® mascots and the well-known mascot Doremi. The space will offer creative and collaborative activities, promoting teamwork and imagination.
