Update on the temporary suspension of Copa Airlines flights to and from Venezuela

The airline reports that it continues to monitor and evaluate the conditions necessary to guarantee the operational safety of its flights to Venezuela, and has therefore decided to extend the temporary suspension of its operations to and from Caracas until Thursday, December 18, 2025

During this period, to meet the high passenger demand at this time of year, Copa Airlines has increased its operations to the city of Cúcuta, Colombia. The airline is also evaluating other airport options with approach systems that are not affected by the recent intermittent navigation signal outages.

In order to provide alternatives to passengers with flights scheduled up to the aforementioned date, Copa Airlines offers the following options:

• Date changes and/or origin/destination changes within the same region, at no extra charge.
• Trip cancellation, retaining the ticket value as credit for a future date.
• Refunds for unused or partially used tickets. Requests can be processed at www.copa.com

Copa Airlines reiterates its commitment to the safety and well-being of its passengers and crew. We encourage those with flights scheduled to or from Caracas to stay informed through the airline's official channels.
