Travelsoft announces the acquisition of .BOSYS Software GmbH

Travelsoft, a leading global technology provider for the travel industry, announces the acquisition of .BOSYS Software GmbH, a German technology software publisher for the travel industry specializing in CRM, mid-office and back-office solutions for travel distribution organizations and travel call centers.

This news follows Travelsoft's recent acquisition of airQuest and brings the number of companies in the group to 12, including airQuest, Atcore, .BOSYS, Eventiz, Orchestra, Tigerbay, Traffics, Travel Compositor, Travel Connection Technology, Travelgate, Travelsoft Pay and Travelsoft Services.

With this acquisition, the Travelsoft group further strengthens its position as one of the world's most comprehensive travel technology ecosystems. It now manages over €50 billion in annual bookings, serves more than 80 million passengers a year, and is supported by a team of over 700 travel technology experts.

Travelsoft has acquired 100% of .BOSYS Software GmbH, a long-established German provider of modular software solutions for the travel distribution industry.
.BOSYS develops CRM, mid-office, and back-office platforms that support sales, accounting, reporting, and operational workflows for travel agencies, distribution networks, and travel call centers.
These solutions are used by more than 3,000 travel agencies in Germany and Austria, including cooperatives, franchise networks, and large travel organizations.

The .BOSYS team will continue to focus entirely on customer service, product continuity, and ongoing development.
The .BOSYS platforms will be progressively integrated into the Travelsoft ecosystem, strengthening interoperability between sourcing, distribution, and operational systems.

With the acquisition of .BOSYS, Travelsoft strengthens its coverage of the travel agency value chain, complementing its existing sourcing, bundling, and distribution platforms with robust operational and financial software used extensively in the German and Austrian markets. This acquisition further accelerates Travelsoft's expansion in Germany and Austria, leveraging the strong presence of traffics among travel agencies, as well as that of Atcore and airQuest among tour operators.
