• Phase 2 – Substantial completion expected in Spring 2026: Includes updated restrooms and additional concession space.
• Phase 3 – Substantial completion expected in Summer 2028: The final phase will incorporate increased gate capacity, more passenger seating, additional concession space, and other amenities designed to enhance traveler comfort.
