In December 2025, Marcelo Chagas and Aimee Rojas were honored with the Accuracy Champion award, a recognition given to the leading standards assessment specialists within the BWH® Hotels network worldwide. Out of a total of 44 active professionals globally, only five received this distinction, and two of them represent Latin America, reaffirming the region's strong position within the company's global ecosystem.

The Quality Assurance LATAM team is responsible for the inspection and evaluation of more than 70 properties in the region, guaranteeing compliance with the minimum standards of the 18 brands that make up the BWH® Hotels portfolio, including its luxury offering WorldHotels™, without losing sight of the identity, authenticity and cultural particularities of each destination.

Above & Beyond Recognition
In addition to the Accuracy Champion award, Marcelo Chagas, who has 13 years of experience with the company and leads the regional area, received the Above & Beyond certificate, becoming the only professional to obtain this highest recognition within the international Quality Assurance program of BWH® Hotels.
The award is given exclusively by the global team of the area and recognizes those who consistently exceed the expectations of their role, demonstrating leadership, strategic vision and operational excellence.
