Through this UTU educational program, students actively participate in real-world service experiences, developing and offering culinary creations as part of their training. During peak season, the school is open to the public daily from 10:00 AM to 11:30 PM.
The minister also held a meeting with the commodore of the Punta del Este Yacht Club, Juan Etcheverrito, in which they exchanged views on the tourism and nautical development of the area.
Later, along with the department's Director of Tourism, Edgar Silveira, and Representative Mary Araújo, Minister Menoni met with members of the Punta Fría Development Association. During the meeting, they reviewed the progress of the Punta Fría waterfront restoration project and discussed the next steps for its completion.
The day culminated with Minister Menoni and Undersecretary Ana Claudia Caram attending the premiere of the documentary “Todos estos años de gente” (All These Years of People), directed by Federico Lemos.
