An analysis conducted by Slaviero Hospitality presents an overview of foreign tourism in Brazil between 2023 and 2025, gathering information on the presence of travelers from other countries and the diversity of nationalities in the hotels of the Slaviero Hotéis and Slim Hotéis brands under its management.

The data reveals a significant participation of visitors from North America, South America, and Europe, reinforcing Brazil's relevance in the global tourism landscape. This reach is reflected in Slaviero Hospitality's national presence, with over 40 hotels—including operating units and future openings—distributed across more than 25 cities in 12 states.

According to the survey, the United States consolidates its position as the leading source country, with 41,891 bookings in the analyzed period. Argentina (10,154), Spain (7,108), Chile (6,966), and Paraguay (6,366) follow. In Europe, Italy (3,535) and Portugal (3,323) also registered significant performance, while other developing countries, such as Peru, showed significant growth, especially in 2025.

Within the network's portfolio, properties located in large urban centers, strategic areas, and around airports concentrated the largest volume of international guests. The Slaviero Hotel Guarulhos Aeroporto (SP) led the ranking with 31,334 reservations, followed by the Slaviero Hotel Downtown São Paulo (SP) in second place with 27,453. Also among the highlights are the Slim Hotel Guarapuava (PR), the Slaviero Hotel Vitória (ES), and the Slaviero Hotel Ingleses Convention (SC), indicating the convergence between corporate travel, air connections, and leisure.

Analysis by region shows that the Southeast concentrated the largest flow, with 42,416 reservations, mainly due to visitors from the United States, Spain, and Argentina. The South totaled 35,210 reservations, with strong participation from neighboring countries such as Argentina, Paraguay, and Chile, whose geographical proximity and shared borders facilitate access and strengthen South American tourism.

In the Northeast region of Brazil, 4,053 bookings were recorded, with more pronounced growth expected in 2025, especially from Portugal. The Northern region, with 1,048 bookings, showed a more limited participation, but with signs of gradual progress, particularly among audiences from North America and Asia.

In the most recent period, between December 2024 and March 2025, the data once again highlights the Slaviero Hotel Guarulhos Aeroporto and the Slaviero Hotel Downtown São Paulo as leaders in booking volume. Units located in leisure destinations, such as the Jatiúca Suítes Resort by Slaviero Hotéis in Alagoas, also recorded significant performance.

“Brazil still has vast potential to be explored, and this is confirmed by the numbers. The Southeast and South regions concentrate the greatest demand coming from other countries, which highlights both the strength of the large centers and the proximity to neighboring nations, facilitating entry and circulation throughout the country,” says Ricardo Nielsen, Marketing, Sales and Distribution Director of Slaviero Hospitality.

“The network caters to the specific needs of each profile and recognizes the importance of this flow. We are prepared to welcome different nationalities, offering quality experiences in all regions of Brazil,” reinforces Márcio Azevedo, International Sales Manager.
