WTM Latin America is advancing its audience qualification strategy and confirms the Hosted Buyers program for the 2026 edition.
“WTM Latin America works by identifying and qualifying different buyer profiles, offering specific experiences and benefits according to each audience's role within the event,” reveals Bianca Pizzolito, Event Leader of WTM Latin America. For buyers, the system is structured around three main pillars: Hosted Buyers, WTM Buyers' Club, and Agente na Estrada.
The Hosted Buyers program occupies a strategic position by bringing together international buyers from the leisure, corporate travel, and MICE sectors, invited by the organization through a process conducted by a specialized team. By 2026, the group's curation plan considers both established global markets and strategic destinations abroad, defined based on surveys of exhibitors.
“Participating in the event as a Hosted Buyer is an effective way to expand your network of international suppliers and conduct relevant negotiations in a short amount of time,” explains Bianca. The program offers business-oriented benefits, such as facilitated access to exhibitors, a pre-scheduled meeting system, and participation in exclusive networking events, enhancing the experience for international buyers.
WTM Latin America also offers the WTM Buyers' Club, which brings together tour operators and travel agents from Brazil and abroad. "All participants go through a selection process and, once accepted, have access to the meeting scheduling platform, an exclusive lounge, and rapid networking sessions, among other benefits," explains Bianca, adding that a 10% growth in the buyers' club membership is expected next year.
The third focus is "Agente na Estrada," an initiative aimed at the domestic market. The expectation for 2026 is to bring together 500 professionals, strengthening the presence of Brazilian businesses at the fair.
For the Hosted Buyers program, intended exclusively for international buyers, those interested in participating can register through the form available in the dedicated space on the website.

WTM Latin America will take place between April 14 and 16, 2026, at the Expo Center Norte, in São Paulo (SP).
