This year, Merco Talento processed 53,020 surveys, cross-referencing data from 13 different information sources and 6 evaluations. From the opinions of more than 31,000 employees to the analysis of 573,978 digital mentions, the monitor offers a 360º view of what it means today to be a "business magnet for talent."
New this year, this edition has integrated for the first time the expectations of 4,163 job seekers and 21 heads of university employment departments, capturing the real pulse of those about to enter the market.
Merco has been evaluating the reputation of companies, leaders, and institutions since 2000 and has become the leading provider of reputation studies in Latin America. The ranking methodology has been independently reviewed by KPMG.
