The 3rd FITUR 4all Awards, organized by IMPULSA IGUALDAD together with FITUR, which recognize destinations, companies and organizations that promote accessible tourism as a criterion of quality and guarantee of equality in the tourist experience, announce the winning national and international destinations, companies and entities of the sector.

The awards ceremony will take place on January 23rd, during the FITUR tourism fair, highlighting and showcasing the best practices that contribute to a more responsible, competitive tourism model aligned with the rights of people with disabilities.

The third FITUR 4all Awards have recognized Fundación Visit Valencia as the Inclusive National Destination, the Montevideo Tourism Division as the Inclusive International Destination, Viajes El Corte Inglés as the Inclusive Company, and SEGITTUR as the Inclusive Organization. These four initiatives stand out for integrating accessibility across their management models and for understanding it as a strategic factor for competitiveness and tourism quality.

In its assessment, the jury took into account the scalability of the initiatives, the training of the professionals, the solidity of the comprehensive strategy of the projects, the public-private collaborations, the innovation and originality of the proposals, the impact on standardization and processes, and the commitment to technology as a lever for transformation.

The jury, chaired by Francisco J. Sardón Peláez, president of IMPULSA IGUALDAD, and María Valcarce, director of FITUR, is made up of professionals of recognized prestige in the tourism, academic and innovation fields.

In addition to the winning projects, and with the aim of highlighting as many initiatives as possible that are raising the standard of accessible tourism, the jury also recognized the second and third place winners of this edition. In the Inclusive National Destination category, the Catalan Tourism Agency and the Provincial Council of Bizkaia were recognized; in Inclusive International Destination, the Ministry of Tourism of Colombia and the Costa Rican Tourism Institute; in Inclusive Company, Puntodis and Tifloactiva; and in Inclusive Organization, the Argentine Chamber of Tourism and REAJ.

All of these initiatives share a strategic vision of accessibility linked to quality, innovation, and equal opportunities in the tourism experience. Furthermore, all initiatives that have passed the competition phase will be included in the 'II Guide to Good Practices in Accessible Tourism by FITUR 4all'.
