The Mexican Caribbean reached the heart of Europe with a high-impact tourism activation in the emblematic Puerta del Sol, one of the most iconic and busiest spaces in the heart of Madrid, where tourism, culture and urban life converge daily.

Just below this historic point is Sol station, the main transport hub of the Spanish capital, through which more than 73 million people pass each year.

And at this site, Governor Mara Lezama Espinosa announced that throughout the month of January, the Mexican Caribbean will be present with a campaign that will reach more than 6.5 million people, consolidating its position in the European market.

“Here, within the framework of FITUR, we tell the world who we are: a diverse destination, connected with more than 120 cities, and with an offering that goes far beyond sun and beach,” said the governor of Quintana Roo.

Living culture, respect for nature, gastronomy with identity and authentic experiences are part of the narrative with which the Mexican Caribbean presents itself to thousands of visitors who daily travel through this nerve center of Madrid.

“That is why today, thousands of people in Madrid are discovering that the Mexican Caribbean is not just a destination: it is the world capital of vacations, a place that is lived, felt and leaves a mark,” the Governor concluded.
