Copa Airlines, a subsidiary of Copa Holdings, SA (NYSE: CPA) and a member of the Star Alliance global airline network, received the Cirium award for the eleventh time in Panama as the "Most Punctual Airline in Latin America," during a special event held at the Copa Airlines Maintenance Center, located at Tocumen International Airport, with the participation of representatives from Cirium, as well as executives and collaborators of the Airline.

“Receiving this recognition for the eleventh time is a source of pride and, at the same time, a great responsibility. Punctuality and compliance are the result of the coordinated work of multiple areas that, day after day, make a safe, efficient, and reliable operation possible. Behind these results is the commitment of more than 8,500 employees who understand that every minute counts for our passengers and for the connectivity of the Hub of the Americas®.”

“Maintaining this level of performance confirms that punctuality is a value deeply integrated into our operational culture,” said Pedro Heilbron, CEO of Copa Airlines.

In 2025, Copa Airlines achieved a punctuality rate of 90.75%, the highest among all airlines in the Americas, positioning it as the second most punctual airline in the world, according to the "On-Time Performance 2025" report by Cirium. This annual ranking, which evaluates indicators such as punctuality, schedule adherence, and cancellation rates, also reflected a 99.80% schedule adherence rate, placing the airline among those with the lowest cancellation rates in the Americas and among the best in the
world in this indicator.

“Winning this award 11 times is an extraordinary achievement for Copa Airlines, reflecting all the qualities that make an airline a world-class benchmark: commitment from leadership and at all levels of the
organization, as well as resilience in planning and investment. At Cirium, we are proud to recognize Copa for this exceptional achievement,” commented Jeremy Bowen, CEO of Cirium.

During the event, the role of the people who make this performance possible was highlighted. The work of employees from various areas of Copa Airlines was recognized, as they shared their experiences of how
daily coordination between teams, real-time decision-making, and rigorous adherence to operational processes allow the operation to remain aligned with flight departure and arrival times. The contributions of 27 employees whose performance has been key to sustaining these results were also acknowledged.

To conclude the ceremony, a Boeing 737 aircraft was unveiled, identified with a commemorative logo of the recognition given by Cirium to Copa Airlines as the most punctual airline in Latin America, which is part of its operational fleet.

This recognition adds to other distinctions obtained by Copa Airlines, including the Skytrax awards for "Best Airline in Central America and the Caribbean" and "Best Staff Service in Central America and the
Caribbean", the APEX Four Star Airline certification, as well as international recognitions related to digital experience and passenger service.

Throughout 2025, Copa Airlines maintained this performance by operating a network connecting more than 85 destinations in 32 countries across the Americas, through the Hub of the Americas®, located in Panama City. This growth included the addition and reactivation of routes to San Diego, Salta, Tucumán, and Los Cabos, strengthening regional connectivity and Panama's strategic role as a connection hub for the continent.
