Meliá Hotels International and Arajet join forces to boost connectivity between the Dominican Republic and New York

They indicated that the strategy includes developing activities that increase passenger traffic on the route connecting Santo Domingo with New York, where the INNSiDE by Meliá NOMAD hotel is located in Manhattan.

“Among the initiatives is an activation that will take place in February, on the occasion of New York Fashion Week, where different personalities and media will have the opportunity to attend this event, flying on Arajet and staying at the aforementioned hotel located in the central NoMad neighborhood in the Big Apple,” they explained.

They also highlighted that during 2025 they carried out activations with media leaders and social media influencers who experienced the route, and in 2026 they will continue to strengthen these experiences that combine Dominican and Spanish gastronomy and culture offered at the hotel establishment.
